Terms of Service for SleekRevive Mobile Detailing
Welcome to SleekRevive! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Booking and Deposit
To confirm and save the date for your mobile detailing service, we require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total service cost. The deposit is required to secure your appointment and is a part of our scheduling process.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. We understand that plans change, but this policy ensures that our time and resources are allocated efficiently.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled date. If you notify us within this time frame, we will retain your deposit and apply it to the new appointment date. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
4. Travel Fees
Please note that a travel fee may be applied depending on your location. The travel fee is determined based on the distance from our base of operations to the service location. This fee will be communicated after booking and will be added to your final invoice.
5. Pricing and Condition of the Vehicle
The prices listed on our booking system reflect starting prices for standard services. The final cost may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. Factors such as dirt buildup, stains, pet hair, and other specific needs may result in additional charges. Our team will assess the vehicle's condition before starting and will inform you of any price adjustments before proceeding with the service.
6. Payment
Full payment for the service is due upon completion. We accept Zelle, Paypal, cash
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if the condition of the vehicle is unsafe, or if the vehicle has issues that we cannot reasonably address within the scope of our services. We also reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have not adhered to our policies, including cancellation and rescheduling rules.
8. Amendments to Terms
SleekRevive Mobile Detailing reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
